Your brain’s running like a group chat you can’t mute …
… trauma popping up when you least expect it, anxiety making you rethink every decision, or substances slipping from “just a little help” to running the whole show.
You’re avoiding emails, dodging feelings, and maybe even snapping at people you actually like.
Deep down, you know something’s gotta give, but the idea of sorting it all out feels overwhelming, so you just keep treading water.
Imagine not feeling like you’re losing the plot every day.
Finally feeling like you’re driving the car instead of just clinging to the bumper.
Picture getting through a day without feeling like the stress or shame is going to eat you alive.
That’s what we’ll work toward—little by little, in a way that actually sticks.
You don’t need a lecture or a life coach in a cardigan.
You need someone who gets it.
Someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck and will meet you where you are, not where anyone else thinks you should be.
I specialize in helping people untangle anxiety, trauma, and substance use with tools that actually work and conversations that feel like talking to a real human.

What healing looks like …
→ Not overthinking every little thing like it’s your job.
→ Feeling more present with the people you care about.
→ Facing the tough stuff without shutting down or numbing out.
→ Sleeping better—like actual restful sleep, not just passing out from exhaustion.
→ Reconnecting with the version of you that feels strong, calm, and in control.
Meet The Clinician
Hey, I’m Logan, and I know firsthand how hard it is to face this stuff. My own recovery journey taught me how messy and isolating it can feel—and how much courage it takes to even show up.
That experience, combined with my professional training, fuels my passion for this work. My job is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and seen, so we can untangle what’s weighing you down and reconnect you with your strengths.
