“Having anxious thoughts means you are human. But you can learn to choose how much attention you give these thoughts.”
– Logan Bennett, LCSW, LCDC
You’ve got a highlight reel of worries playing on repeat …
… and emotions that feel like they have their own agenda.
Anxiety’s like an over-caffeinated intern—always freaking out about something, never helpful.
Mood swings? They’re the chaos gremlin that barges in uninvited, leaving you feeling totally out of control.
And then there’s avoidance, the quiet “no thanks” to dealing with feelings, people, or even that email you’ve been meaning to send for three weeks.
What if your brain could just chill the F out?
Imagine waking up without a mental playlist of “What If” catastrophes.
What if your emotions didn’t boss you around all day?
What if facing your to-do list didn’t make you want to hide under the nearest blanket?
Therapy can help you shut down the mental chaos (or at least turn it down to a dull roar).
I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and way too in their own heads.
My approach uses evidence-based tools like mindfulness and ACT that actually work, paired with a calm, grounded vibe that makes the hard conversations feel doable.
I’ll meet you where you’re at, keep it real, and help you figure out what works for you.
No pressure, no judgment. Just real progress.
Is this for you?
→ You’re tired of living in a constant loop of “what if” and “why can’t I just.”
→ You feel like your emotions have you on a leash, and it’s time to take it back.
→ You’re ready to stop avoiding and start living.
→ You want a therapist who’s a real human—not a walking self-help book.
What are ACT and Mindfulness?
-
ACT is not me telling you to “just think positive” or pretending everything’s great when it’s not. Instead, ACT teaches you how to sit with the hard stuff without letting it run the show. We work on accepting those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, not because you like them, but because resisting them only makes things worse. From there, we figure out what actually matters to you and start taking steps toward that life.

Mindfulness is about being present in the moment without judging yourself for what you’re feeling or thinking. Instead of spiraling into anxiety or getting stuck in autopilot, mindfulness helps you notice what’s happening, ground yourself, and respond in a way that feels intentional.
