“You're not broken. You're just human, and this sh*t is hard.”

– Logan Bennett, LCSW, LCDC

  • “When I first came under Logan's care I was a shell of a person. I didn't know who I was or what I truly wanted my life to look like. Through many sessions he listened and guided me to a better understanding of myself and the world around me. His gentle nudges to open up and face hard truths head on, all with unbelievable compassion, are what make him a fantastic therapist. He truly meets you where you are at and helps to build you back up to face the world with fresh eyes and healthy coping mechanisms. The ACT techniques he taught me are ones that I use everyday.”

  • “Working with Logan has been tremendously helpful for me. He listens intently and is very thoughtful in his responses. Logan took the time to get to know me and get a full picture of who I was as a person to better help him understand why I was struggling with my issues. I always feel heard and seen during and after my conversations with Logan. I also feel that Logan truly cares about me and my successes and wants the best for me. While the work I have done with Logan has not been easy, he has made me feel completely comfortable and not judged. It has made working with him much easier, and has allowed me to fully open up. I am someone who sometimes needs a push to investigate my deeper feelings, and Logan has helped me do that, because that is something I have explicitly asked him for help with.”

  • “Working with Logan Bennett was a game changer for me personally and professionally. I had reached a point in middle age where anxiety, fear, and some depression had steadily crept into my life. Despite years of my best solo efforts, I realized I needed to meet and talk with a therapist. Logan met me exactly where I was from a mental health standpoint. He focused on the root causes of my challenges and worked with me to develop a variety of strategies that have led to a much happier path and journey forward … for myself, family, and friends. I would strongly recommend Logan to anyone seeking or thinking about talking to a therapist.”

I’m not the loudest voice in the room, but I’m thoughtful and intentional. With me you’ll get a calm, reflective, and empathic therapist with a knack for finding that balance between listening deeply and giving you the nudge you need to face the hard stuff.

My years spent working in residential substance use treatment taught me when to be chill and when to challenge, and it shaped my belief that real change comes from connection.

Working with me feels safe, intentional, and human. I bring a calm, grounded presence that makes it easier to open up about the hard stuff. Clients often say they feel seen and supported as we gently work through emotions they’ve avoided or buried.

With mindfulness and compassion, I’ll help you slow down, stay present, and discover the strength to move forward.
